Cancellation Policy

Due to our effort in ensuring that you have the best services and professionals available each time that you book an appointment with us, we require 72 hours notice for any cancellations.

If a cancellation occurs within a 72 hour time frame, a loss is incurred to us in the form of missed booking opportunities, travel expenses, employee payments, etc. 

We understand that emergencies happen, please contact us immediately to reschedule an appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

Less than 72 hour cancellation notice

- a charge of 50% of total services booked

-payable by email transfer

Same Day Cancellation or Forgotten Appointments

-a charge of 100% of the total services booked

-payable by email transfer


The treatments offered by Relax on the Run Mobile Spa  are given by professional and certified massage and spa practitioners. It is for the purpose of promoting and maintaining health and vitality. These techniques and products are not intended to replace medical diagnosis or treatment. 

Please inform your practitioner of any medical or health conditions prior to any treatments. All first time clients are required to fill out a disclaimer. Children under age 18 are required to have disclaimers filled out by their parents/guardians.

Relax on the Run Mobile Spa and it's practitioners are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.

Relax on the Run Mobile Spa and it's practitioners will not tolerate any form of abuse, illicit or sexual remarks or advances made by anyone participating in or around the services. If this occurs the services will stop immediately and full payment for all services booked will be required immediately.

Payments and Booking Policy

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Email-transfer. A 3% user fee is applied to all credit card payments.

Our preferred method of payment is Email-transfer made immediately after or prior to services performed.

Travel Fee Policy

We do not have travel fees if services are done in our service areas of Delta, Surrey, Langley, Aldergrove, and Abbotsford.

If outside of these service areas a $10 fee applies to travel to Mission and Chilliwack. A $15 travel fee applies to travel to Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Agassiz, and Hope.

Minimum Fees

For Spa Parties a minimum service amount is $150 within our service area and $200 outside of our service area.

For Individual services our minimum service amount is $70 for Massage Services and $100 for Hair/Makeup Services within our service area and $100 for Massage Services and $150 for Hair/Makeup Services outside of our service area.


We hope that you are happy with any and all services that you receive from us. Please feel free to show your gratification in the form of a standard gratuity of between 15% - 25%.
